The Plasma Deodorization Module (full name: Low-Temperature Plasma Deodorization and Purification Equipment) adopts advanced low-temperature plasma technology as its core working principle.
Through high-voltage discharge, the equipment generates a large number of high-energy electrons, ions, free radicals and other active particles. These active particles undergo a series of complex physical and chemical reactions with odor molecules and harmful pollutants in the waste gas, cracking and oxidizing pollutant molecules, and finally converting them into harmless carbon dioxide, water and other inorganic compounds, thus achieving the dual goals of deodorization and purification.
Compared with traditional deodorization equipment, the Plasma Deodorizer requires no high-temperature heating and no chemical agents added. The pretreatment system is the foundation for stable operation of the whole equipment. It is mainly used to remove particulate matter, oil mist, moisture and other impurities in the waste gas, preventing impurities from entering the plasma reaction chamber and causing electrode blockage, corrosion or reduced purification effect. It is usually equipped with high-efficiency filters and demisters to achieve efficient interception and filtration of impurities.
The plasma reaction chamber is the core working area of the equipment. It is equipped with high-voltage electrodes and grounding electrodes inside. Through the high-voltage electricity provided by the power supply system, a low-temperature plasma field is formed between the electrodes. When the waste gas passes through the reaction chamber, it fully contacts with the active particles in the plasma field, completing the cracking and oxidation of pollutants.
The power supply system adopts a high-frequency high-voltage power supply, which has the characteristics of strong stability, low energy consumption and long service life. It can automatically adjust the output power according to the waste gas concentration, ensuring the purification effect while reducing energy consumption. It is equipped with multiple protection mechanisms such as overload protection, short circuit protection and over-temperature protection.
The control system adopts an intelligent design, which can real-time monitor the operating parameters of the equipment, realize automatic start and stop, fault alarm, parameter adjustment and other functions. It is easy to operate, does not require 24-hour on-site supervision by special personnel, and greatly saves labor costs.
