PP Air Duct is the "conveying vein" of the entire waste gas treatment system. In strict accordance with the requirements of GB 51401-2019 Design Standard for Waste Gas Treatment Engineering in Electronic Industry, the anti-corrosion performance of the air duct material is fully compatible with the corrosive media it contacts. The PP Air Duct can be flexibly designed according to the workshop layout, adapting to production workshops of different scales, and realizing precise docking for both straight conveying and curve turning, ensuring the continuity and stability of waste gas conveying.
PP Spray Tower and PP Scrubber Tower (core components of PP Tower) are the core equipment to realize acid-base neutralization and preliminary waste gas purification. The two work synergistically to effectively remove acidic and alkaline pollutants in the waste gas, laying a solid foundation for the subsequent biological deodorization process.
The PP Spray Tower adopts a spray absorption process: alkaline absorption liquid (such as sodium hydroxide solution) is atomized through high-pressure nozzles to form fine droplets, which fully contact and mix with the acidic waste gas passing through the tower body, and undergo an acid-base neutralization reaction. It converts acidic substances in the waste gas (such as hydrogen chloride, sulfuric acid mist, etc.) into harmless salts to achieve preliminary purification.
The PP Scrubber Tower is mainly used to treat dust-containing, mist-containing and high-concentration acid-base waste gas: it is equipped with multi-layer packing layers inside. When the waste gas passes through the packing layer, it forms sufficient gas-liquid contact with the absorption liquid sprayed from top to bottom, which can not only complete acid-base neutralization, but also intercept fine particles in the waste gas, further improving the waste gas purification effect.
Both pieces of equipment are made of PP material, giving full play to the anti-corrosion, acid-resistant, waterproof and moisture-proof properties of PP material, which can operate stably in a highly corrosive environment for a long time.
