The Garbage Pyrolysis Comprehensive Treatment Equipment is a new-generation environmental protection system centered on high-temperature oxygen-deficient pyrolysis technology. It breaks through the inherent technical bottlenecks of traditional waste disposal methods (landfill and incineration), and realizes the coordinated advancement of waste harmless treatment, volume reduction, and resource recycling. Compared with traditional treatment facilities and similar environmental protection equipment, it has multiple core advantages including outstanding environmental performance, energy-saving and high efficiency, wide application adaptability, convenient operation and maintenance, and safe and stable operation. This equipment fully aligns with global green development requirements, and fundamentally solves the secondary pollution risks that are difficult to overcome by traditional waste treatment methods.
Pain points of traditional treatment processes: Traditional landfill is prone to produce a large amount of leachate, which infiltrates into soil and groundwater, causing long-term soil and water pollution. Meanwhile, waste fermentation releases malodorous gases such as methane and hydrogen sulfide, polluting the atmospheric environment. Traditional incineration technology tends to produce harmful substances such as dioxins, NOx, and VOCs. Among them, dioxins, as strong carcinogens, are difficult to be completely degraded, posing a serious threat to the ecological environment and human health.
Full closed-loop pollution prevention design: The equipment adopts a fully enclosed negative pressure design, and the whole process of waste from feeding, storage to pyrolysis and final treatment is completed without landing and leakage, which effectively prevents the unorganized emission of malodorous gases and thoroughly solves the odor disturbance problem in the waste treatment process.
Dioxin elimination from the source: In the core pyrolysis link, the reaction temperature is strictly controlled at 650-930℃, which directly destroys the formation conditions of dioxins and other harmful substances, avoiding the massive generation of dioxins in the low temperature section (200-400℃) of traditional incineration. The combustible gas produced by pyrolysis undergoes secondary combustion at a high temperature of 870-1000℃ to further decompose residual pollutants, ensuring clean gas emission.
Multi-stage flue gas purification system: The equipment is equipped with a combined flue gas purification system including activated carbon adsorption + bag dust removal, high-efficiency catalytic conversion, and high-voltage electrostatic capture. It carries out multi-stage filtration and degradation of pollutants such as NOx, VOCs, CO and particulate matter in the flue gas. The emission indicators are far lower than the national GB 18598-2019 Standard for Pollution Control on Municipal Solid Waste Incineration and relevant EU standards. Some high-end models can realize cold emission below 35℃, avoiding thermal pollution and haze formation.
Zero hazardous waste liquid discharge: The leachate produced by pyrolysis can be treated by waste heat evaporation, and the ash residue can be recycled after harmless treatment, without hidden danger of secondary pollution, truly realizing "zero pollution and zero residue" of waste treatment.
Compared with traditional incineration equipment that requires a large amount of auxiliary energy (such as natural gas, diesel) to maintain combustion, this equipment has outstanding energy-saving advantages.
Self-sustaining operation by waste inherent calorific value: It can maintain stable operation relying on the calorific value of the waste itself, without a large amount of external auxiliary energy input. Even for raw waste with a low calorific value as low as 900kcal/kg and high moisture content, it can achieve efficient and stable operation, greatly reducing energy consumption costs.
Comprehensive waste heat recovery system: The high-temperature flue gas released after the combustion of combustible gas from pyrolysis recovers heat through the heat exchanger, which can be used for waste pyrolysis preheating and leachate evaporation, minimizing energy waste. The recovered waste heat can also be converted into 95℃ sanitary hot water for surrounding residents, enterprises or the waste treatment station itself, realizing energy recycling and further improving the energy-saving benefit.
Ultra-low comprehensive operating cost: To treat 1 ton of waste, the equipment only consumes a small amount of water and electricity. Compared with the land occupation cost and leachate treatment cost of traditional landfill, as well as the auxiliary energy cost of traditional incineration, its comprehensive operating cost can be reduced by 30%-50%. Long-term use can significantly save waste treatment investment, which is suitable for promotion in counties, towns and small cities with limited capital budget.
Ultra-high volume reduction rate: The equipment has a waste volume reduction rate of over 90%, which can greatly reduce the land occupation for waste landfill, ease the pressure of tight land resources, and indirectly reduce the economic and ecological costs caused by land occupation.
